Terms and Conditions of Happy Stay at ROAMERS DEN

1. As per current Government regulations guests are required to show/share proof of identity at the time of check in.

2. The proof of identity may be any of the following - 

i. Aadhaar Card

ii. Voter ID

iii. Driving Licence

iv. Passport

3. No guests will be entertained without proper identity proof.

4. Due amount is required to be paid at the time of check-in if not done in advance.

5. Show the payment receipt at the time of check-out.

6. Hotel ROAMERS DEN requests all guests to switch off the switches for lights, plug points and geyser before leaving the room.

7. Breakfast timings starts from 8:30am till 10:30am.

8. Order for dinner can be placed upto 7:30pm.

9. The electric kettle provided in the room should be used only for boiling water for drinking not for anything else. If found guilty shall be charged Rs. 1000 as fine. 

10. If any damage to the hotels property caused by the guest, the damages will have to be paid by the guest.

11. Please return/leave the hote belongings after use/ at the time of check-out.

12. All guests are requested not to smoke/drink at any public place in the hotel.

13. All guests are requested to use dustbin.

14. The main gate of the hotel closes by 10 pm. Guests are requested to be back by that time.

15. Pets are not allowed inside the hotel premises.

16. Outside food is not allowed inside the hotel premises.

17. Visitors are not allowed beyond the reception area.

18. All guests are requested to allow the staff(s) of ROAMERS DEN inside the room for checking at the time of check-out.
